The Mamo Wearable Art Show is organized by
Pa‘i Foundation,
a nonprofit that perpetuates the
Hawaiian Arts during the
"Maoli Arts Month."

This will be the third year
Carrington "Baba" Manaola Yap
will be presenting his collection in the show
and second year I will be modeling for him.

Baba is one of my dearest friends & favorite designers.
He has one of the most creative minds &
is one of the most inspiring people I have ever met.
I really hope that you can make it to the show because
this is definitely one you will not want to miss.

Here's a video on Maoli Arts Month.
You can see more on Carrington's mana‘o (thoughts)
and catch the fashion show from last year
towards the end of the video.

Here are some pics from last years
2010 Mamo Wearable Arts Show.

Carrington's 2010 Makani collection was
named after the Winds of Hawai‘i Island.
Each piece was inspired by
the different winds of Hawai‘i.
